The Solar Initiative of Block Island has started a frequent user discount program for those customers who use the EV charging station for at least five out of six consecutive months and meet the terms specified for this program. The Frequent Charger subsidy program will take the form of a percentage discount on customers’ bills at the charging station.

*The driver MUST USE THE EPIC CHARGING APP in order to access the discount.

*The discount will be applied directly to the amount charged at the time of the transaction.

*The percentage offered will depend on the current retail rate tSI charges consumers for energy at the EV charging station.

Terms and Conditions:1. The discount offered in this program will be set such that the gross price per kWh of energy purchased is fixed at approximately $0.99.

2. This discount program will be made available to drivers who meet the following criteria:a. The individual has purchased at least 20 kWh of energy from the charging stationduring at least 5 of the last 6 months, as of the first day of the current month.b. The customer has requested participation in this program and accepted all relevant terms and conditions.

3. An online application must be made in order to receive this subsidy; it will not be submitted automatically, regardless of any purchases made or previous participation in this or any other tSI subsidy program.

4. Individuals whose eligibility for this program has lapsed must submit a new application in order to rejoin it.

5. Participation in this program can begin on any date, provided the above criteria are met,but participants who fail to requalify will be removed from the program on the first day of each month.

6. In order to receive a discount, participants must make their purchases with the Epic Charging mobile application and must be logged in to the same email account used to sign up for this program.

7. This discount cannot be shared or extended to friends or family members. It is only available to the original applicant.

8. If tSI determines that the charger is out of service for more than 5 consecutive days during a given month, no purchase will be necessary during that month in order to maintain eligibility for the program.

9. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively under any circumstances.

10. Participation in this subsidy program is optional, and it is not required in order to use the charging station.

11. tSI reserves the right to suspend or halt participation in this program at any time for any reason.

12. tSI reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time in the future without prior notification.
